 Empowered Empress Retreat does not include flights, transfers, accommodation, breakfast, dinner on Tuesday night, or any travel insurance. 

 The hotel offers a special delegate room rate for you to use when booking your accommodation; this will be sent to you after you register for the retreat. 

There may be other hotels in the area as well if you prefer to choose other accommodation options.

Upon registration, you will receive a detailed itinerary, terms & conditions, and any necessary contracts for review and signature. 

 We will also need to know about any dietary requirements. 

 You will be sent the delegate code to book your accommodation.
